Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Procedure

Submission is available only electronically by using the abstract submission system (My Page), for which creating a new account is necessary to obtain a Log-in ID. To ensure diversity, only one abstract can be submitted from the My Page. Authors need to assign the abstract to one of the conference topics.

All abstracts must be submitted not later than February 22, 2019. A reference code will be sent via e-mail for a successfully submitted abstract. The final status of the contribution (contributed lecture, poster presentation, rejected) will be informed by March 25, 2019. Please note that Committee reserves the right to accept or reject papers, and to assign them to contributed lectures or posters.

All the contributed lecturers and poster presenters are urged to finish online-registration not later than April 10, 2019, so that the contribution will not be removed from the program.

Abstract Submission Requirements

Abstracts should describe original and significant new material and work. Abstracts should contain enough details to allow the Committee a sound assessment of the scientific merit. Abstracts are confined to one page and should be prepared using the template. The abstract should be converted to the pdf format less than 3 Mbytes. Authors are encouraged to prepare figures in color. All the accepted abstracts will be electronically distributed at the conference desk in a USB memory stick.

Student Option

Upon submitting abstract, the students presenting their posters can apply for the "Poster Award", the "Student Grant" or both.
